Fritz Lee Duda, Jr. is a real estate executive with over twelve years experience in major real estate acquisition and development projects nationwide and three years experience in corporate and structured finance. Mr. Duda held the position of Vice President - Real Estate for a privately held real estate investment builder based in Dallas, Texas and Newport Beach, California. His responsibilities included asset management, operations, finance, development, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing and personnel for a portfolio in excess of 1.5 million square feet of retail space and 2 million square feet of industrial space.
Previously, Mr. Duda was the Senior Vice President - Development for Hiffman Shaffer Associates (HSA), a private investment, brokerage and development services company based in Chicago.
Prior to HSA, Mr. Duda practiced law with Rudnick & Wolfe's (now DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary) Real Estate Department in Chicago. Mr. Duda holds a J.D. from Duke University Law School and a B.A. in Economics from The University of Notre Dame. Following his undergraduate work at Notre Dame, Mr. Duda was an Assistant Vice President in the International Finance and Corporate Divisions of Financial Security Assurance, Inc., a then-privately held financial guaranty company based in New York City.
