Prior to forming Clark Street Development, Peter Eisenberg was a Principal of Lake Shore Development Corporation. The Company focuses on urban and downtown suburban development and redevelopment of retail and mixed-use projects.

Most recently, as a Managing Member, Mr. Eisenberg worked on the development of the Broadway (150,000 SF) and the redevelopment of the Century Shopping Centre (171,000 SF), both located in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. Mr. Eisenberg's responsibilities on the projects have included leasing, legal, entitlements, and construction management.

Mr. Eisenberg is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers, serving as a member of the Illinois State Committee, a member of the Chicago Next Generation Committee, a Next Generation Central Division Co-Chair, and a Founder and Co-Chair of the Next Generation National Advisory Group. In addition, Mr. Eisenberg is a Founding Executive Board Member of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation, which focuses on Scholarships and Mentoring for Real Estate students as well as Gastrointestinal Cancer Research at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Eisenberg graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and earned a Juris Doctorate degree and an LL.M. in Real Estate Law with honors from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
