David Low Joins Clark Street Development as VP of Construction

January 1, 2008 (Chicago, IL) - Clark Street Development brought in David D. Low, Jr. as partner and Vice President of Construction. Mr. Low has over twenty years of construction experience in all facets of commercial real estate development. Mr. Low will oversee the construction phases of Clark Street Development projects and will be an asset on our current and future projects.
