Clark Street Development Partners with North American Real Estate for Turkish Shopping Center Acquisition.

March 20, 2009 (Izmir, Turkey) - Clark Street Development recently partnered with North American Real Estate (NARE, www.naregroup.com) to purchase the Selway Outlet Park located in Izmir, Turkey. The center has 80,000 SF of GLA and is 100% leased to local, national and international retailers as well as cafes and restaurants. The purchase includes the right to develop an additional 5 acres of retail land on an adjacent parcel.
