Clark Street Development Purchases 3 Acres in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin

January 15, 2008 (Chicago, IL) - Clark Street Development announced a major purchase in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On the north side of Michigan at the corner of 2nd, Clark Street Development has acquired 3 acres of prime commercial real estate. Currently a surface parking lot, the site is adjacent by The Shops of Grand Avenue and the Wisconsin Energy Power Company and several major hotel chains.
