Clark Street Development Purchases 30 Acres in Mundelein, Illinois

August 1, 2007 (Chicago, IL) - Clark Street Development announced the purchase of 30 acres of undeveloped land in Mundelein, Illinois. Clark Steet Development plans to develop a 250,000 square foot shopping center on the site. This center will cater to a department store, junior anchor, outlot and small shop users.
