Clark Street Development Reconfirmed as Preferred Developer of Oak Park Redevelopment Site

February 17, 2009 (Oak Park, IL) - Clark Street Development received unanimous support from the Village of Oak Park Board of Directors to continue as preferred developer for the redevelopment of the Village-owned Colt Building and surrounding land site located at Lake and Harlem Streets in Oak Park, IL. Clark Street was originally named along with Avalon Bay, Inc this past summer, but Avalon Bay recently formally exited from the entire Chicagoland market. Clark Street is pleased to have the opportunity to continue work with the Village in providing its residents a new and exciting project in the near future.
