Beginning in late 2005, Principals of Clark Street assembled an approximate 1700-acre contiguous land tract located near the intersection of Laraway Road and Brandon Road in Joliet, IL. The tract of land was assembled from roughly 30 different individual parcels owned by local residents and families to Will County. After undergoing rezoning and annexation, this new land assemblage is now one of the largest contiguous industrial parcels close to Chicago and is currently under development by Centerpoint Properties and the Union Pacific Railroad to provide a new Intermodal Center to Will County and the City of Joliet.
