Beginning in late 2005, Clark Street assembled a 1700-acre contiguous land parcel located around the intersection of Laraway Road and Brandon Road in Joliet. This new land assemblage is now one of the largest contiguous industrial parcels close to Chicago. The parcel was assembled from roughly 30 different individual parcels and former land owners and is unique in that it is currently served by rail, barge and has heavy truck access.
