Clark Street Development is redeveloping the former Bancroft Dairy building located in the Near West Side of Madison, Wisconsin. The size of the combined parcels is approximately 3.3 acres. The intersection of S. Park Street and Fish Hatchery is the gateway from South and West Madison communities to Downtown and the University of Wisconsin Campus.
